Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, 24 hours notice is expected for cancellations. This allows another client who may be in need of our services to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full session amount. This must be paid in full before your next scheduled appointment. If you have a valid gift certificate or account on file, this fee will automatically be deducted. Otherwise, payment will be defaulted to the credit card on file.

No Shows:

Any client who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no show”. You are responsible for the full session cost of any missed appointments. If you have a valid gift certificate or account on file, this fee will automatically be deducted. Otherwise, payment will be defaulted to the credit card on file.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your appointment may be cut short in order to accommodate another client’s appointment who may follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive and your session duration, your therapist will determine if enough time remains to begin the appointment. Regardless of the length of treatment, you are still responsible for the full session cost. Out of consideration and respect for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
